yes i have got PASMA but only category T and level U, the level U stands for user other levels are manager supervisor and instructor, the category T stands for tower scaffolding.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

the course had some usefull information and ensures that scafffolding is erected so handrails are in place at all times of erecting and dismantling, on most commercial jobs if using a scaffold they will ask for your PASMA card, one part of course dealt with adverse weather conditions and must of been thought up by a total numpty, at winds of 17mph you should cease work and not climb the scaffold, at winds of 25mph the scaffold should be tied and at wind speeds of 40mph the scaffold has to be dismantled, i asked the question how can you dismantle the thing when you shouldnt even be up it , the instructor just smiiled and said he hadnt figured that one out himself yet.
