Yes it is a lovely part of the world all the work is in a town and village just on the edge of Dartmoor all the people are now freinds rather than custys. I'ts hard to let it go but you cant do everything. :'(

rounds in this area are achieving that price and more for good work, personally i wont pay over 8 times the monthly amount and the work would have to be exceptional to pay that i wish you could still get work in this area for 3x the monthly value
