Ionics clamps
« on: June 26, 2012, 11:27:30 am »
Hi , just wondering if anyone else has problems with the clamps on an ionics grafter pole.

I have the grafter 32 and the top clamp broke after 5 uses , was sent another and that broke on the first use !

Their customer services have been brilliant but seems maybe there is a design fault with them .

I have some Ionics poles, the 45ft is crap, I hate the bloody thing, clamps dont hold, the thing weighs a tonne with the enormous brick on the end.

I only have the damm thing as it came with a job-lot.

Mine is heavy too but the gardiners brush I just put on seems to weigh nothing !
