I use gleaming insurance - who advertise on this site.  Good value if you're a sole trader and it covers damage to the property being worked on too

Re Gleaming insurance I think it's £174 for the year for sole trader.

I suppose i'm mean but don't they offer anything cheaper?

When I was looking for PLI a couple of years ago - all the cheaper quotes didn't include damage to property being worked on.

Based on working 48 weeks a year, £174 works out at just over £3.60 a week
