« on: June 17, 2012, 02:30:37 pm »
Ha anyone tried setting a stall up on car boot sales, showing what services you other as i am thinking of doing this, getting a banner made with company name on and picture of before and after cleans on posters done.
Yes i know that the customers would be scattered everywhere but then when go to clean take someone with me and leaflet that area whilst im there.
Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated

I have done car boots in the past and picked up work, as you said some can be scattered but is it a more productive method than say door knocking, leaflets or networking and the answer is no.

I have for a long time thought about supermarkets though, if you can set up a pitch outside the main doors with a couple of banners, some girls to hand out leaflets while you give quotes there and then.

The last weekend of the month is normally the busiest and most people who shop there are local to the area.

This is a good idea, but it must cost quite a bit for the pitch....or not

Let me know how it goes.
