Hi All you domestic divas!
I am mainly end of tenancy when it comes to doing my cleaning but one of mine clients I actually do their house also.
The problem I have is it is very cluttered!
usual photos all over the window sillls
Rugs on the floor, every surface has some nicknack on it
Cluttered Kitchen
Cleaning bottles galore in the bathroom.
I clean as best I can but it still looks messy. not bothered about the breakage side, just the cleaning?
How do you overcome this so it looks clean?
Regards
Martin

I agree with Lisa.
You are there to provide a 'cleaning' service. That is not a cleaning problem - it's a housekeeping problem....................there's a difference.

Hi
You don't want ot offend your client by saying her house is cluttered (even if it is). Is there are bathroom cabinet or storage of some description? perhaps just condense the bottlles down yourself without saying anything. When they see how much nicer it looks they may be ok with it. Obviously I would say where they were and that you did to create some room. If the bottes are back in the bathroom the next week I would just do your best to clean it and leave the bottles how they are. Some people like clutter

Hi
Thanks for that but I am gonna go with JJ's suggestion.
They may like the clutter and it is not my place to go and move their stuff around, don't want to get accused of anything?
I will just have to clean around it I guess
