working monday and tuesday, schools aren't even off, all council services are open as normal
I think you will find most if not all schools are not open monday or tuesday, and if I am right it is half term next week aswell

I think you will find Scotland doesn't comply to much and the councils make their own decisions, and ours happen to have blanked it, the shops I cleaned this morning are all opening at normal times Monday and that is unusual on a holiday, over 9500 applications for street party's in England less than a 100 here
