know a good way to mark your ladders?

anybody know a good way to put a name on alu ladders? iv a few sets now and i want to put my name on them to identify them

Get yourself some A-Z stamps and a hammer.  Paint cleans off.  Or get yourself a huge staff to sit in the van, always worked for my mums trad cleaner, couldn't get near his van at all  ;D

i wouldnt weaken the rungs on a ladder bad idea. even if it was only 2 or 3mm deep.

An angle grinder would do the job much quicker.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

i like that idea of using a Stencil.   im thinking i could also use the stencil on other items


 i could use etching primer to paint thru the stencil ,that will not scrape off easily

fashion the stencil from a thin sheet of steel perhaps
