another reason to join the FWC

Found myself in a pickle this morning, needing a pole to do a a new job, and mine was frustratingly abut 5ft short.  Rang the federation in a panic and within 30 minutes they had rung around all the cleaners local to me and found someone willing to loan me a pole for the day. 
put a real smile on my face, both the federation and the nice chap who leant me his pole.
