I had four enquiries re one off cleans today. Three on the phone and one walking past as I was working. I normally get one every blue moon? Anyway, I qualify them by asking why the one off and depending on the answer I will do them if I have time. Rejected all four today as they were all just dirty people, with dirty houses who fancied clean windows for a change Felt good too!
I never charge over the odds for 1 offs that way i get them again.
We do loads of one offs for local estate agents. Always leave a flyer for the next tennants, 50% will carry on with a monthly clean

didnt know they did posh in Geordie land
Quoted 4 one offs this weekJust charge double , some I get someone don't, but suits me.Also, when new custy calls, first question I ask, is it a one off or regular clean youre looking for ?Sorts out most SM(serial messers)Anyway, that's it!Mr B its a problem thou is it not,if you say i only do regulars that will be £10 a month, she says ok after two cleans packs you ini suppose the best way is to charge double and then hope it stays as a regular customer
