TDI 180 would DI be enough

If tap water has tdi of 180 would di vessel be ok on its own to purify water if so anyone know approx how many ltrs of water could  be produced from 11ltr vessel per fill of resin.

I use di only at 50ppm,you need ro mate.

answer is no unless you do very little wfp, at that tds I would get an Ro

in theory answer is yes buy will spend a lot on resin  :o

 surely youre water dosent read that mate ? , I only live  half  a mile away as the crow flies and mine is between 78 - 82 on different days ,any way mate pop up for a lager some time today, Ted

thanks for all the info lads much appreciated. Ted the tds reading is from a lad in northumberland who was hoping to use the same set up as us as he is renting a house up there coz that is where a lot of his work is, thanks for the invite mate i might call up later, thanks for all the info saved me a lot of money cheers mate.
