provision of cleaning services to Adam Smith College and Carnegie College.
Each institutions provision is classed as a separate lot within this
invitation to tender. Each Lot is to be considered a single contract, and
will be awarded exclusively to a single contractor, however both colleges
would also welcome bids which give preferential pricing for being
successfully awarded both lots.
Adam Smith College and Carnegie College require a Contractor(s) to provide
a comprehensive general cleaning service to all stated College buildings
as specified in the invitation to tender documents, which is responsive to
changes in the clients needs and meets the defined quality standards.
