Rob,
From your post yesterday, it suggested you wanted a vacuum hose of 1" not the discharge hose.
I understand what you are after just not sure if its feasible? We currently have 20m of each both 38mm the space they take up is surprising!
I dont know of any machine which has such a small discharge hose for the volumes of water which you will be moving.. For the life of me cant see how you will fit a recycle unit in your current vehicle.. for the volumes which we use up to 20 litres /min, acceptable vortex is around 300 litres for it to effective from the outset it needs to be full on start up, hence for 1 stage of filtration we have added 300kgs to payload not including additonal filter tank, Vacuum unit, generator, sump pumps hoses etc. - But fair play if you achieve it.
Completed our first roof clean last week ,2 days 100% recycle at 100 microns, end of this wk we have new vortex arriving + inline filters.. after achieving levels <25 microns.
We are also adding a 'T' piece to 'discharge' hose, as if it rains heavily you can harvest more rain than you require .... flooding tanks
