Anybody know if Rhino flooring has a polish applied to it? My customer has it installed in her kitchen. I assume it has the same as Amtico or Karndean.

Rhino flooring is vinyl. It will have a PU wear layer on the surface. This can wear but cant be stripped without really agressive pads.
You shouldn't need to strip it off though unless she has had an acrylic finish applied to it post installation.

It will depend on condition. Most vinyl floors respond really well to high speed buffing after a deep clean. The plasticiser in the floor will give it a nice shine.
If she has light surface scratching it can benefit from a coat or two to freshen up the appearance.
