i've got lots of big pumps and need to knock up a small low pressure unit with an electric motor, I have a 2000psi 25lt/min pump  which would normally need a 18hp petrol engine to run it at full capacity.

 but i only need 350psi....... can I run it with a 3hp 240v motor with the uploader set so low it puts no strain on the engine

Lee ive got an idea which would work for you, get a small 4(ish)hp pressure washer, electric or petrol (pump needs to be self priming though) , put a really big size 08 (or larger?) fan jet on the lance, and run it on tickover, drawing your hypo solution from a large bucket, I know someone that does this and it works great for him, you could even use a telescopic lance with it and pre-spray rooves from the ground!

Yeh that would work. Mount in on top of tank next to generator and m22 female to reel and swap back. Get it sucking from a 45 gallon barrel. Would save a lot of time applying a 1:1 mix.

No where, was supposed to have little en but she's gone back her mums now, got a conservatory to do sunday and may do a driveway but don't know whether to leave the drive till the weather picks up as they want it sealing too....
That washer probably does something like 6 - 8 litres per minute running at full power, on tickover it might do 2 - 3? which would be ideal

I think it's metering the amount / ratio of chemical that Lee needs to be precise, it needs to be something that Lee can know for certain he is getting a 1:1 mix of hypo and water, like a scaled up version of a knapsack sprayer that can cover large areas

Theres a thought as bleach is an acid would it damage the pump seals in a pressure washer? hence the viton seals in your sureflo

Don't 't injector work on a Venturi system? If so the size of the intake orifice is very specific to create the draw on the concentrate, drilling it bigger will stop it sythoning.

Chemical injection hoses are usually after the pump, so you shouldn't get any damage to the pump on a PW.
Hypo is an alkali Kenny different end of the ph scale to acid.

Yes if doing this everyday, every once in a while you might be ok IMO
