There will be suspended solids in the recycled water but of such a small state they won't affect the pump or unloader. The end result will not be rinse quality water, so you cannot rinse off glass and vehicles and leave it. Additional work, by hand needs to be applied.
My primary concern was always the pump & unloader and the quality of filtration from the supplier was already in place, in other applications.
I haven't even seen any spec, don't know dimensions and have no idea how much it is going to cost. I know if I cannot work it will cost a great deal more.
From discussions the pick up unit (hoover) will be brought as close as possible to the work/s area and it will be the back to filtration hose that will be the longest hose. They tell me that the pick up cannot vacuum 100 metres (this is my average store side) but it can discharge in excess of this measurement.
Trevor - that bit is easy - you must have seen the spill socks that have vacuum holes in them, just create a circular barrier around the work area. Anything like gutters will be cleaned by hand and anything else where the water cannot be collected will not get done - no choice on that one!
For me the dimensions are critical and I think this is the part they are definitely struggling with, I don't want to go back to towing a trailer.
