Throw your bed away. Say hello to grey hairs and search for competant staff to replace the long list of mentally challenged and illegal immigrant staff that will apply and likely be employed if only you could find where they've got to on the job.

Big turnover. Gets you in the VAT race and for such a big turnover most of it goes straight back out again. Take up carpet cleaning or some other owner operator work. Then only you are responsible for your reputation.
