Hi, im going to start employing staff and want to know what do you do if a client says the cleaner is stealing?? Especially if they dont have hard proof but its obvious that they are stealing where do i stand as an employer as i would want to get rid of them straight away but obv theres a lot of legal stuff etc that gets in the way. Please help! Also is there such a thing as employing someone to help set up your business? I dont know how much help accountants can give, ive been told they can help on payroll side of things but i want someone that will make sure ive got all the legal stuff inplace etc so everythings done properly.
