I use it. Like it, its great IMO.

Cant see the problem if you're working an area of poor 3G or no wifi, update everything at the end of the day regardless of what system I use anyway.

Do you work during the day from your device or do you work
From printed sheets

Also does your phone hold a days work info and can you assess this regardless
Of possibly having no wifi 3G or even no service at all

I usully print off a work sheet if I need to remind myself what Im meant to be doing or if I want to refer to an outstanding debt perhaps. Cant access other work info on phone if out of signal.

Hmm if I don't have a signal that's going to be a big
Problem for me cos 3 of my areas suffer from a really poor signal at best most of the time there's none at at

I was really hoping that the days worksheet or the jobs themselves
Would be held on the phone itself for when there's no service

Although there is a mobile version it is limited and requires a signal, there is a new version due soon which I understand works without a signal and syncs when one is available. It sounds as though it will be feature rich, but it all takes time. Personally I think the app is great even without the mobile version, very easy to use great interface and superb support. I appreciate it's an ongoing monthly fee rather than George's one off payment but I think it's worth it. If you need more info about the mobile version or the app itself just call Chris at Aworka he's a great guy and would be delighted to help.

I live in Birmingham and the aworka system is brilliant.

But I have just spent 3 days in Scarbough for the FSB Agm and conference, all the wi-fi went down and the phone signals was very erratic.

When I could get a signal and I loaded aworka, all I could see was that days worksheet, I could not see the weekly one I am used to, so it was impossible for me to access what I am doing this week or in the future.

I am now back in wi-fi land again, thank god.

So although in cloud is the way forward, if you cannot get online then it is useless

I tried using Aworka about 9 months ago and couldn't get on with it... It doesn't seem to have as many features as George.? Maybe thats changed now?

I use George and just email myself a PDF worksheet each evening for the next day, and then update George when I get home.

I think they all have their faults aswell as their benefits

with Aworka I like the "live & cloud" thing  & Wcp could have gone a very long way but alas not to be
and Geo well its has every thing but then the lack of updated platform (Palm O/S) lets it down

So I am at present running Wcp, Geo & Aworka all side by side its time consuming but untill someone brings along the perfect software i'm still searching

I do know exactly what I want but getting the software produced is beyond my reach atm

Hi Chris, I use a netbook, cost about £100. I now have all my George programme with me, so can access jobs, debts etc and mark when done etc. Just back up at night when you get home.

I have just started to use this Aworka and find it adquate and another plus side you can use it on any mobile phone with mobile internet so no need for pda so thats a saving in itself.

With most softwares there will be glitches that don't suit everyone, but you can send feedback to tell them your concerns about there programme and if you can;t get a mobile sign in some places then thats down to your provider which they need to know so you can get the service you want.

A big smile and we all will smile with ya  ;D ;D ;D

We are biased, however have you thought of using Buckit. It's a web based product that is optimized for mobile devices as well as PCs. We have had good reports of users using it on their mobiles and superb overall feedback from our users.

I use aworka. never had the issue of the save button in the debt screen, maybe something didn't load right. I use my Samsung galaxy S3, sync in the morning before I go out then sync again when I get in. I think its great  ;D. I have never had to print out a worksheet since I started using it.

To be fair I made that comment on 28 March 2012 I no longer have that issue now & also I have been using Aworka for quite some time now and find it excellent It has replaced WCPro

Been using aworka for more than a year and love it. only a couple of niggles but could be just me not getting it:

like one-off jobs. a new job insists on me entering "how often."  One-off is not an option.

actually... i think that's my only niggle!

edit: just sent a feature request to Chris

The 'One Off' option is in the Appointments pick list, just above the frequency options and when you select it, the frequency options disappear.

I think I might move this option to a more logical place, within the frequency options. I think you would have found it if it had been there somewhere...
