So I'm working a road where I have 12 out of 20 houses which get done in two van moves and this young mum comes out and says "are you the ones that canvassed yesterday?"

"No not me" etc. And she asks how much to do hers so as one neighbour is £10 and the other is £12 I say a tenner every eight weeks.

She says can you do them now?

When she pays me she shows me a card from another local established cleaner that I know. On it is his price. Guess what it was.
