How much??????

So I'm working a road where I have 12 out of 20 houses which get done in two van moves and this young mum comes out and says "are you the ones that canvassed yesterday?"

"No not me" etc. And she asks how much to do hers so as one neighbour is £10 and the other is £12 I say a tenner every eight weeks.


Ex council mid terrace of four

Front: one upper window; one small downstairs bay and a front door.
Back: two upper small windows; one downstairs and a door and side panel.

She says can you do them now?

When she pays me she shows me a card from another local established cleaner that I know. On it is his price. Guess what it was.

hey if he is established and doesn't need work he can charge whatever he wants, if they say no fine, if they say yes bonus, he will be open to undercutting but hey that is business folks
