[Jays Window Cleaning]

Hi all Just wondered if there are many wfp lers that clean windows on a sea front?
A question really, do you find you have trouble with windows spotting because of the salt and sand in the air? Is it advisable to clean more regular like 2 weekly to avoid this? I have a job wich is right on the sea front i use a high flow for rinsing is there any thing else i should take in to account?

Hi Jay, I clean some apartments on seafront at Southend. Certain times of the year require a bit more scrubbing with brush and good rinse, just tell customers if they get too mucky before my next visit to give us a call and i'll get to them as soon as.

Cheers mate. I have 57 panes to clean on a pier. I never have trouble with spotting. I clean some apartments that are on the coast but not right on top the beach like the pier. They get filthy, 4 weekly i clean them ,, like a first clean every time.

I do loads on sea front and some times you
Just can't then perfect but I just tell crusty,
 it's the salt an never a problem, watch out
for sand storms!!

This is one I do on Southend sea front, clean as usual, no problems. It does get dirty quick, should be more than once a month.

We cleaned an hospital in blackpool a couple of months ago over 2 days,

We did the outside of it on the first day and the inside on the 2nd,

By the time we were cleaning the insides on day 2 the outsides were dirty again :-/

I did the job first time last week hard work first clean came up very well.
just need a longer pole was a struggle with the pole ive got.

I was working here this morning. The one on the left with a couple of gables. There are a few others around and about for the next couple of days.

Most are holiday lets, like the one in the pic, but also some private. Holiday lets are every 2 weeks year round, private are monthly, plus 24hr notice, if the weather has been bad and they are having a party/ visitor etc.....

On stormy days by the end of the job they look just as bad as after, as before.

I sold an old brodex pole to the bloke in this cafe, because it really needs it daily, and he cant afford to pay for it to be done right.

is there any point cleaning them.

I often clean sea front homes.
Spotting never seems to be a problem but salt etc running down from a well washed and rinsed top frame can.
Some windows require a final glass only rinse to get good results.
