Hi All,
In the interest of Tile Doctor vs Marble life debate and which is the better course, I would be prepared to offer half price Training to the first 4 people that book with me.
If Shaun Ashmore is interested then I think it would be good to get you along as you are the moderator and I feel people will trust your impartial advice.
The course costs £474 usually inc V.A.T. But I could do this for a one off for £237 inc v.a.t. this is a 2 day course, Hotel stay not included, but food and drink is.
With one condition, That who ever comes on the course gives us an accurate description of what we offer on the course and whether they felt they came away with good practical  teaching and advice, they will have to e-mail this out when they finish the course and they can use our work computer, I wont interfere though, they will be left to it to type what they felt was good or bad.
Cant say fairer than that can I, if Kevin is up for it at Marble life then I am confident we can end this debate once and for all.
Regards Russell at Tile Doctor
p.s Work number is  0845 652 4652 < Remember first 4 only for  the offer  price >

Now now Nigel  ;D

I think it's very admirable to offer Cleanitup members a discount just like Alltec did/do for Tacca members, the reason (and only reason) I won't be taking Russell up on his very kind offer is that Nulife are only 45 mins drive away from me.

I have heard very good things from people who have been on all 3 courses Mick Gayton, Derek West and Adrian Marsh they are all very complimentary of the tutoring so when it comes down to it Nulife is the most logical place for me to go albeit not yet as I'm a bit too busy atm.

Done the Nulife and Kevs course both very good.

But Stones a big subject, so its the ongoing support that's really important,  must say this is where Kev and his boy Anthony excel.

Mark is spot on. You cannot go on a two day course and expect to be able to tackle natural stone floor cleaning or restoration on your own. It is a recipe for disaster because you will very quickly come across floors which require more experience than you have.

I have done both courses and I enjoyed them both. The Nulife couse is quite motivational (Mike is very enthusiastic and it gets you going). Kev's course is more technical with alot of great information from Ian. At the end of the day they both provide you with the basic information you require to get started. No doubt Russel's course does too. My experience has been that the ongoing support from Kevin and Anthony has been fantastic. They always answer the phone and they always provide you with excellent advice. These guys are heavily into stone restoration and they know their stuff and are willing to share it with you for the cost of a course and for loyalty in buying their products. My point is that you will need this support more than anything. I have now tackled over 20 hard floor projects up to 225 sqm and I am only just begining to feel a level of competence developing. Without Kev I would have jacked it in long ago.
