I have met loads of famous people, but not while window cleaning, so my best is the producer from real radio phone in victoria, I clean hers mums house and will be doing victoria's shortly, and the security guard on a job I do quarterly is the brother of the black guy, on the programme boys from the black stuff, he is gay and gets all excited when when we put on full harnesses to go do the outsides from a safety line on the roof

but apart from that no, not window cleaning chat with famous people

The best performance for me in a sit com (except for Leonard Rossiter in Rising Damp, maybe) by the great man. Ronnie Barker said himself, Fletch was his best role.

Joe Pasquale. My friend who got me into window cleaning had Joe as a customer, and I helped him clean his windows.

I later met Joe at my daughters' primary school fete, and he gave his autograph  to my oldest daughter. He was very modest and unassuming. Top bloke.

yes. by chance i saw him walking alone down by the docks,tooted my horn at him but no reaction .so i turned my van around and we eventually spotted him staring at the boats. i called out "billy" and he very slowly turned around, came over to the van ,shook my hand and smiled and then wandered off . Really made my day

whilst canvassing we have met the black  lady who plays Denise in Eastenders,The Hoosiers,Jamie Theakston,and quite a few people who have sons n daughters in Afghanistan...and lost relations,recently met a soldier who had both his legs blown off in Afghanistan....a very humbling experience.

Unfortunately not met any celebs while window cleaning.

When i was young i stood next to kevin Costner at the bar, orient hotel, in sydney, he was over in oz promoting water world.
I walked back with the beers and told my fellow back packers "kevin costners over there"

I talk regularly to the man who now lives in the house that Elton John was born in. Does that count? When I was driving the taxi we used to do all the work for the BBC so drove loads of so called celbs. They are not that great.

About 3-4 years ago I was on a flight from Dublin to Leeds/Bradford that was diverted to Teeside Airport,can`t remember why it was diverted but knowing Ryanair it probably suited them and they would have considered it near enough.There was then going to be a wait for a coach to Leeds so overheard 2 chaps wanting to hire a car and and it was heading to York.So strolled over and offered to share the cost.The 2 blokes were a Dublin Businessman and David O`leary the footballer/manager.The car was arranged and we set off. O`leary was asked about his time at Villa and Doug Ellis the chairman not being much of a spender,and O`leary said he had him in the office one day querying his expenses and some receipts for coffee and sandwiches from a local shop.Doug Ellis said"Does your wife not make you a pack up?".
                            Interesting trip and after dropping O`leary off somewhere near Wetherby,the Dublin guy,picking up on something from an earlier conversation offered a handshake and said "I`ll take it your a member of the fellowship". And i replied i was, but to this day i`m not sure whether he meant AA or Cleanitup.

Prince Naseem Hamed, fat as hell now and choked when he asked how much i was charging. £150. I had cleaned them about 3  times by then big big house he then wanted them cleaned every 9 mths or so, told him ta da.
