Sorry for the delay in replying -Ive been off-line for a while.

The letter is actually posted in one of my posts above.  Can you see it or are you seeing a small box with a red cross inside it ?

You will have to retype it and paste it into your own letterhead.

Hi Trevor,

The generic HSE stuff was borrowed from other posters leaflets and letters and the info about the Savoy prosecution was taken from an article in the Professional Window Cleaner Magazine.
