Depends on the age of upvc forget viro-sol try trade solvents - Even then old upvc can be effected by Uv light ...deteriates no answer - new upvc has uv stabilizes hence not so bad still only guaranteed generally 10-15 yrs.

Unless I am badly mistaken this sounds like it has been caused by UV light and if it's the same as happens to white Epoxy grout there is no way to get it out that I know of on UPVC other than to rub it down and repolish.  If this is the case it's cheaper to fit new cills.

Hi

just this once why not bleach it out.

Done it myself in the past.

spray on detox mould and mildew remover and leave.

If you don't want to go the bleach route you can use T cut (yes it's abrasive) or even nail polish remover. If normal cleaners are not working you'll have to try other methods, try on a small bit first though.

Also try persil Bio or sugar soap.

virosol wont shift it .... i have used virosol for the past 2 years and know it wont.

Best thing you can try is doktor power which is a JML product  that i get from asda.

Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go
