After this week, weather permitting, we should be running at only a week behind. Havent been able to say that for a while.
Seriously considering taking on another person and getting a 2nd van on the go. Have def got the work to cater for it, but would just mean me having to work by myself untill ill then build up enough work to take a third lad on.

more work more peeps more hassle mmmmmmmmm, I have my son with me & lease a smart car for my wife who looks after some of the cleaning contracts nursing homes & communal areas keep it in the family they wont have me over !!!!! lucky I guess !!!!!

I woudnt employ someone I dont already know. The lad I employ already was a friend before and it works great.
