Ok so have ordered my first wfp from Gardiners but they want me to phone back and tell them what connectors I need to connect the pole to backpack I ordered from Window Cleaning warehouse. I called WCW and the person I spoke to on the phone said the backpack has a female microbore, but the drop down list on Gardiners site doesn't say any microbore fitting? Please help which one?!

So pretty sure it will be a Rectus 21 female end-stop equivalent, so you will need a male hose tail from Gardiners.

As you have seen 'female microbore fitting' is actually a very vague term as many fittings can come with 5/6mm barb to fit Microbore hose. What WCW usually refer to when saying this is a Type21 fitting (as AQ has said).

On our drop down list you would need to choose the 'EZ-Snap tail' as this is compatible with all type21 female couplings.

is that what you needed  the ez  snaptail.     ive just got my backpack from wcw  same fitting.   what brush did you pick for your pole.    im ready to order pole  now i have something to put it on,       bit by bit i will try to build my equipment   next will be my RO.   IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR OWN PURE SUPPLY.

EZ-Snap tail
