I have a round in a small village town, about 4 years ago 3 seperate custys all commited suicide within the space of 6 months. one was a retired GP one was a something otologist and the other was a lady in her 50s who didnt work. All 3 houses were worth half a million +.
So it wasnt financial they were just sick of life . i was known as the grim reaper as i only had 25 customers. i have now sold the round .
How do you know it wasn't financial? A big house doesn't necessarily mean wealthy, they cost alot to run and maintain, they may not have been cash rich and were struggling.
Just today I did a house, nice place on an estate, not big but well presented, new car and good furniture. But they have bounced 3 cheques in the last 6 months, will only do it for cash now.
I alsodo a house that is up for sale at 2million, she has no mortgage on it but cannot afford to live there anymore.
