HI can anyone tell me where I can go to tender for small cleaning contracts . I have been sticking to domestic clients but feel now is the time to venture into the commurcial side. I have got one cleaning contract of the forum but would like to build on it I am not vat registered as yet so should be able o keep my costs down.

what part of kent are you and have you any experance of commercial contract cleaning work?........have you done any builders cleans and tried to get ongoing
office/common part cleaning/ there is a good book on explaning runing a contract cleaning company inc how to find and price commercial work......i am sure its by cresta publishing i hope this helps

Thanks for reply I will see if I can track down the book. I have got a contract with one builders company and get some work through.
