Colin, have you tried Formby and Southport? some very very big houses up there mate but very very hard to get, ive just started one in Formby i got last week, it took me over 2 hours for the first clean, the fella who got me it is trying to get me loads more, he is in with them all and says they find it hard to trst people, not arsed bout how much they charge its just that they need trustworthy people who look right and operate right with all the correct gear and set ups

Ste I'm not up there yet but I'm aiming to be by spring u currently

I've found the same as what you say,

Personally Colin I wouldn't knock or leaflet these areas. Once you have one just let that house do the work for you, always say hello to the neighbours and only offer your services if they ask. Be very polite to,your current customer and always do extras like garage doors an low level upvc , this goes a long way as they all love it.

I know the towns your on about( or think I do) as I used to work in Crosby when I was a young lad and we used to take cars out round there all the time on test drives. I used to work in livock an Edwards in Crosby. It's well gone now as it was a rover garage.

Can't remember any names really mate. I was 17 so it was over 18 years ago now. Had a good time there though mate. Boss was a bit of a cock but most bosses are when your 17 haha. I was only an apprentice.
