They are worth having, they are not worth having just to get likes off of here as this will not help you.

I have just pulled mine down as it needs to be redesigned.

I would defo recommend having one done, it is a page that can link to your site and has weight behind it.

There are also other benifits

yes the page is free but to advertise to everyone in your area you have to set a daily budjet of ££ a day, pay as much or a little as you like, a great idea ithink mate
keep it simple

There are some free resources and ideas on my website (bottom of this page). Any queries let me know, we also build pages for people and I am putting together a package for window cleaners...

Good site Dave, if you would like options for a branded page let me know. I have been talking to Mitch about launching the facebook side of my business on CIU at the end of the month and know that facebook will play a big part in the future marketing of all types of businesses...

One of my lads are emigrating to Oz next year, you have just given me food for thought.

I have often thought of moving out there on a business visa, but still got a lot to do in the UK first

google seems to like it  ;D, I have edited the grammer to the best of my ability for you on this post.

I have dyslexia so I get things muddled a bit so sorry for that old chap, I would have to reread and rewrite my posts about 5 times and still I would add words I can't see which is annoying to say the least. I get my wife to proof read anything I do now as shes clever  ;) I'm just a thicko :)

I will answer on behalf of George as he will still be tucked up in bed, this service is not free and he's already in talks with Mitch about this, although he gives a few tips for people on his page free, to have a facebook page that works, it takes time and effort on either your part or from a company to do this for you.

You will need to know what your doing to a degree for getting the likes or it will be next to useless.

I might write a short guide for everyone to read to help you out a little if there is any interest in me doing it i'm sure I could get george to chip in with me.

I feel you only get out what you put in.

Our Facebook was just plodding along doing nothing, but then I really started to put some good content on, getting the link out there, and now we get several people enquiring through it, as well as our Twitter!

Have a look, I can help out! :)
