He doesn't say per month as pointed out by windowcleaninginessex.co.uk ! The clue is in the line this doesn't include all the conny and gutter cleans I have done in 2011, you could add on another £2,000 at least for that So £8k per annum amounts to more like £11 per job, plus extras.

No not each job at £130

The whole round brings in £8k pa, a mix of 1 clean per 4 or 6 or 8 weeks normally for each house, so how much is this worth to anybody

well you havent called me so it doesnt seem like you are keen to sell ill have to do my own sums 8k a year is £160 per week which is £640 per month so it is nearly 5x per month you are after. a bit rich for me especially as all work would have to be converted from trad. i too am out

nobody said anything about being worthless , to me as it all needs to be converted to wfp and the real risk of work dropping off because of this and if all the work is priced properly for this part of the country then i would pay 2 x the monthly value.

4 1/2 times monthly value is high price, it would need to be good priced compact work to be worth this, this is 60 jobs averaging out to £11 a job chances are  you would  lose 10% who wont accept wfp.just my thoughts on this.

if you got a round of decent custys
2 to 3 times you will prob sell pretty fast but if you hang on for 4 cleans plus it might take you a bit longer
