Ok I have an alternative view:

Say you went on holiday to somewhere remote (an island say) without your van or any gear - someone you know and care for really needs you to clean a carpet desperately urgently but all you have is a tiny little karcher puzzi (is that what he is using? It looks similar anyway)

You would probably do the very best job you could - you would curse and swear and make excuses - but you would do it and say given the circumstances its not turned out too shoddy!

I think for certain markets (low end natch) he probably gets people thanking him for doing a good job - we dont know his circumstances - lets hope he can find a market - it shows there is a huge coal face out there to be mined at many different levels...
