Calling all rookies

I saw this building today, you know, one of them buildings that makes you wish you were cleaning it. Great height and slopes. Interesting corners and a marvel of design.
I have passed it a few times. Every time I say to myself, ' Boy, I wish I was cleaning that'.

So today, I have decided to go for the contract. I will twitter my progress (@LeeBurbidge ) and describe step by step how I try to win the contract from just walking off the street. Great insight view for rookies.

Follow it on twitter.

This is a great idea for people who would like to go for commercial work but not sure how to navigate through all the obstacles straight from the street.
By me tweeting the progress you can see what I do next when a curve ball comes my way.

Reading how to sell window cleaning services does not allow for real life. Here you can follow and learn. Take bits, take it all.
