Hi Gav,

I haven't done yours yet as I was waiting for the application form to be returned.

I'll send you another one now...

The reason you can't click on it to edit it is because it's a PDF. Your best bet would have been to print it out, fill it in by hand and then scan and email it back. Or use a PDF to Word converter.
