asked to put in tender

hi guys ive been asked to put tender in for a local nightclub as there current contract is coming to an end with a big national company and they want to source it out locally
i would take over the five cleaners and one supervisor who wor from 8 till one four days a week with the occasional extra day if an event is held at the club
i couldnt take on the carpet clean once a month as they use a truckmount and ive only got a mobile cleaner so that wouldnt be part of my quote
could anyone please give me an idea of a level of cost of chemicals used weekly/monthly and level of mark up to keep competative while not taking on the contract for the fun of it

clean includes

front of club clean and tidy no chewing gum or rubbish
reception of club seam cleaned (stone floor)
club dance floors cleaned x2 (have to hire floor cleaner for this ! £100 pw
smoking area cleaned (just swept and tidied
all toilets and staff rooms cleaned daily

please help dont want to watch an oppertunity slip away as money in it if done properly
