Well I'd love to have a sensible debate with you about it, but as I have no idea what your name is and that the link you put on here to your website doesn't work, so that doesn't give you much credibility.
I'd do the photo and put in on here to show you that it is AIMED at the void not actually in or near the void if it made you feel better  but I can't be bothered, because you're just the sort who loves picking holes just for the purpose.
Put it this way, I've done this using the same froststat heater for about 8 years evry winter and whilst you can't legislate against everything I still have the same vehicle and kit sitting out there.
