I doubt many people here turnover £4K a month by themselves.if the work quality was poor tosh he wouldnt be a perfect employee would he, he would be poop and getting sacked he wouldnt be asking how much to pay him would he instead asking whats the best way legally to sack him.james, if he is as good as you say and always that good if you can trust him to run another van I would pay him a higher amount not a percentage of the day rate just a higher basic. and a bonus system to make him work harder. at the end of the day you employee him to make you money.Id be happy to start him on £10-£15 an hr if running a van him self
