did these this morning.

 62 chairs non stop. pre-spray. scrub & extract. took 2hrs 35 mins from pulling into the carpark to driving off. So  I would guess each chair took about 2 mins to clean

i wouldn't suggest you could work at that rate all day but you could do 100 after that you would need to slow down a bit

Me and my daughter (aged 8 at the time) did 100 in my local church hall last year in approx same time so you're slacking  some chairs even got a 2nd clean!

Btw I got 3.50 a chair so very simular in price, bought. Daughter moshi monsters sticker 75p do you think I was being too generous?

Yes 2 minutes a chair does sound about right. Especially if you work as a two man team.

Apart from the awkward angle for working and the sheer monotiny of it is the logistics of moving lots of chairs to and fro. I've usually got 1 line of chairs prepped and then whilst clean/rinsing them I disagreeistant preps the next row behind me. Then when I clean/rinse the second row he removes the first out of the way and preps a third row where the first row stood. You do ssem to need a fair bit of space to achieve this and you always seem to find stray chairs getting in the way.

I used a butler 4inch upholstery tool, a bit like the prochem T/M upholstery tool with the hidahose

Two of us did 128 similar chairs last year.  Took 5 hours.  And we didnt hang about.

Its the detailing of the sides and backs on an orange chair is the slow part.  Maybe darker colour easier.

Use a 5inch cfr tool but open to new tool suggestions.

i find prepping is the most important part, rinsing afterwards takes seconds.

Truck mounted them,

I even lined them up and sprayed 12 at a time with the hydra force, a bit messy and it can sometimes over wet the fabric if you are not careful but a lot quicker.

Then a freshwater rinse, I did these in the morning and they were dry by 5pm so the slimming world ladies could use them

Even if they weren't completely dry, think how you helped these slimmers by keeping them on their feet for exercise
