we posted on this topic a few weeks ago, got letter from head office asking our hourly
rate to be put on the invoice, we did not do this and had meeting with store manager.

this store in run on a frachise model and have been given £100 budget for window cleaning. Manager asked what we can do for this budget and agreed schedule.

she did have oppertunity to go with national supplier but declined offer due to our 5 years track record.

Me too got letter today lost 4 pizza huts been doing one for over 10 years and  the others for over 6 years, not good hope the pathetic national cleaners loose them all  due to the guaranteed lack of standard

I canvassed the one near me in Queensferry a few months back but manager told me same bloke does theirs and the one in Chester and they were happy with him.

now the wc are getting about 20 mins worth of money to do them, so I can imagine things looking shabby before long

Each one i do can take me an average of an hour and half and are always done to a high standard,the windows are always covered in greasy hand marks and food spread on them and they are not just a quick tickle and off to the next job oh no so lets see how long it will last

We still clean 9 in greater London. Had the calls but still we will keep them.
We do floor cleaning for them also, probably had something to do with it.

Someone who must be desperate  with them prices,i currently clean 4 pizza huts and the quickest i can do one of them is about an hour so god knows how they are going manage
