got an email today . saying my contract with pizza hut has been terminated so got on the blower to the manager of my local pizza hut and he told me they have gone national. he said they are gonna charge next to nothing cause they will make most of the money on the windows above their restaurants
it was one of the few jobs i liked doing but hated the money paid literally peanuts. looks like i got a lie in wed morn

Don't know if the store you cleaned was like the one i do,it was hangin' every week,with kids hand marks all over,+pizza and ice cream smeared in for good measure!

The only thing they will do for less is to put the bill in.

 Pizza hut goes national every now and again, then once the individual manager talks to the area manager, they realise that it hasn't been done but the bills have still been paid.

It will be covered in snotters and filth in a couple of months, just go back to it then.

If it has been national before,seen the results (crap) why would they go back to it again?!! A leopard don't change it's spots,no matter what name it calls itself!

There was a post on this earlier in the week, Dave Morris mentioned it was going national but nothing more was said. Something is happening but I'm not sure if they are going completely national. I had a call from the manager of one of the stores I do and she said they were cutting costs etc and she had been told she had to get rid of her window cleaner as it was too expensive compared to other stores, then half an hour later she phoned back to say head office had made a mistake and it was not her store that needed to sack (for want of a better word) the window cleaner but the store in Inverness, sorry if thats yours! Anyway not sure exactly what is happening but perhaps they are going to use a national for any store over a certain amount.

i wont be doing it as good as norm , ill only b doing the panels that look like they need doing. funny thing is the stores are monitored so the nationals wont be able to skip stuff without being caught out. but now ive got 4 cleans left i dont care

I know how ya feel when losing a contract for 'no fault of your own' .... lost several large exterior cleans due to take overs very frustrating.. However I would leave it looking imac !
Puts pressure on next guy - plus highlight it to manager on your last day the quality of clean!
If it all goes tits up your the guy they will call.
