I've been asked to quote on a Terrazzo stair cleaning job. Went to look today and found out that it is actually a repair and clean.

As we do not repair I am looking to pass this on.

The job consists of two flights of stairs in a 1970's style apartment block. There are at least a dozen drill / bore holes upto 1 inch diameter. There may be more repairs required but beneath the dirt the rest didn't look too bad.

Client put job on hold as budget was for clean only and has to go back and talk with the landlord.
