Office carpet

Hi guys I've got 200 sq mtrs of office carpet tiles to clean please could anyone tell me the best method for doing this as this will be my first time on carpet tiles also my first commercial job and would like to impress cheers Craig

Bonnet for sure.

I tend to use fusion clean and a combination of Microfibre Pads which I soak, squeeze, use, rinse, repeat and a Grey XR Scrub pad which is great but a bit flimsy. I also keep cotton (Texatherm) pads as back up.

It's worth taking your spotting kit too, just in case.

My preference would be the TM/3 jet wonder wand post bonnet with my 20quid machine or my black max porty/2 jet wonder wand post bonnet as above

Bonneting only would be last port of call but sometimes my 1st  ;D


Or you could call shake and vac martin 606 ;)

Seriously though... ... if only lighlty soiled, bonnet  (a good pre vac is essential) . If heavy soiled. extraction then bonnet.

what pirce per sq mt did you get it at?

Factor in easy/problem  access, water points, desk moving/cleaning round. it all adds up time wise

Desks are staying put but they have agreed to remove all items from the floor area  so all will be clear apart from desks which i will obviously going around also water is easily accessible  :)
