« on: January 14, 2012, 07:24:36 am »
Morning people,

Ive got a 1 St clean to do on a Kfc this morning
And it's -2 out side, I would normally do this sort
Of job trad but they are all  small geogian windows
So I'm going do it with the pole, ( and there minging)

My question is will the water freeze on the glass after rinsing
And effect the finish ???

Many thanks

Colin

It may well do once it's cleaned after you have gone but probably won't give you any problems whilst your actually cleaning it, the only time it will freeze during the clean is when the temperature on the inside is the Same as the temp outside so you'll be ok if they have got the heating on.

what chris said,  but if it starts freezing on the glass as your cleaning, go home, its too cold

More danger of it freezing on the pavement outside and causing a major hazard to be honest.

i went collecting last night and the doors and windows of customers i cleaned yesterday morning were still wet at 530pm!(cleaned them around 11am!).i reckon they are probably still wet...but the droplets will be ice now.

do you think the droplets will still dry clear? ???
