Pricing Windows

How do you price your windows.....per paine IE:£1.00/1.25/1.50 Etc or 3 bed £10/12 pounds or more if the house is bigger

Just intrested to know as everyone is different on how they price up!!

£1 = small to average ground floor window (or door)

£1.50 = big ground floor window

........................................................................

£1.50 = small to average 1st floor window

£2 = big 1st floor window

........................................................................

£2 = small to average 2nd floor window

£2.50 = big 2nd floor window

.......................................................................
dont do 3rd floor yet but im sure you can guess what i wouyld price for those  8)

Or just price job on an hourly rate which is about £30.00 an hour !!!!!!

yea or do this  :) i used to do this now ive started doing it per window and door just to see how i get on, so far my pricing seems the same as if i worked it out time wise

I just look around the property and think how long it will take then price accordingly.

On average its a £1 a window or £2 for a large bay etc.

it takes seconds to clean a pane of glass but getting to it can be the problem; there is no hard fast rule in my experience but I go by length of time- to a point. Bungalows are always better hourly rate payers as are houses with cons
