We are looking to take on extra staff.
If you know of anyone - even if they have never done this type of work, as we normally prefer to train staff ourselves please ask them to phone or e-mail me.
They must be able to drive and be prepared to work outside in all weather - we never have days off due to bad weather (So far anyway) Ideally not scared of heights, and would prefer somebody who wants to work a lot more than the normal 40 hrs a week. We sometimes work nights, weekends and occaisionally away from home. We start often very early - 6 am and often work till late.
We are willing to train new staff in CSCS - IPAF - PASMA and of course NVQ Level 2 in Working at Height Safely etc etc MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION and we would prefer someone who is willing to go forward within our company.
HQ - is based in Crawley West Sussex - however the team I would start the new employees with are based in Seaford - so this may be an advantage if you live near to there, however we will work out logistics for the right applicant.
We travel all over the place, mainly South East but distance to us in no object. We don't just clean windows we clean many other things as a "one off" - we only clean to commercial buildings so no domestics to worry about.
