But after googling cant find the solutions site could some one post up

Maybe try typing in the  jaguar carpet cleaning machine mate as that will take you to the site..

good stuff this SPM.

tried it on a really dirty wool carpet and it came up a treat.

I got some SPM as everyone was raving over it and did a carpet today with coke stains all over it (not the white powder stuff).
She had no hot water in the flat so sprayed on, agitated with my TM4 and with a helping hand of Micro Spotter rinsed with cold water -  the carpet was immaculate. It truely is the dogs dangly bits. Off now to to have a go at my own carpets before the boss gets back home!!!
