Hi Dave,you mentioned a few weeks back that you used the circulation method to heat your water,can you (or anyone else if they do this)tell me what your temperature starts off at,how much it drops when you start the pumps up and the max temp your system reaches when running both pumps at 99 flow rate? ? ? ?

Thanks Trevor,having problems with mine,still under warranty but can't get it looked at til after new year,flashing code suggests it could be the burner.Just wanted to know what temp my system should be able to run at with both pumps full flow so a don't get fobbed off by webasto,cheers

eyup, think ours runs at about 65C , it doesent really drop off, just stays about same....

whats the prob with yours?

with both pumps running at full flow the temp went upto 50 degrees, when i have them running at speed 42 the heat is around 75 to 80 degrees before the hose, hope that helps

I  put the heater on for 5 minutes to heat it up before puting water through the pumps,get to 50-60 degrees but as soon as I put the pumps on, the temp drops,first few days went down to around 25C before going up to  around 40C but not getting any hotter than 40.Now tho the temp just keeps dropping right down until a fault code flashes,the burner is shutting down I think.I have even tried to turn flow down to 20 on each pump but makes no difference,I am going to see the local webasto service engineer after new year,until then it's cold water for me

how long u had it?

is there enough charge in the batteries?

try opening the door on the heater and ajust the taps/valves, they altenate the temps.. it could be set too low?

we had  to ring freedom up a few month ago because the yellow light was flashing and he told us to reset it..

cant remember how though, just give them a call..

Only got it in March,never used it much in summer months,only for conny roofs etc.I did phone purefreedom and they said I could take it down for them to have a look but it's a six hour drive.Can't be the Batteries, they were fully charged when I first got the problem.I am sure the burner is just shutting down so Webasto engineer it is,but as I say it will be after new year now

ring them and ask how you reset it or re-trip it... sure ours was doing the same

We had similar problem like yours, and then took it to nearest boat repair shop as most of these people are also webasto dealers and can repair them, turned out the burner in the webasto was a faulty batch, so yours could be the same, is under webasto guarantee and they can repair it for you free of charge, try to find a boat repair shop near you.

We had similar problem like yours, and then took it to nearest boat repair shop as most of these people are also webasto dealers and can repair them, turned out the burner in the webasto was a faulty batch, so yours could be the same, is under webasto guarantee and they can repair it for you free of charge, try to find a boat repair shop near you.

Oh right, on mine it comes up with a number, ie F01, F02 and so on.

Update- went to the webasto service agent yesterday,hooked the system up to a computer and it showed flame failure had occurred 7 times.Done a few tests and everything working as it should now, it seems that air bubbles in the diesel pipe caused the problem.
