Clean the ground floor glass after the first floor has stopped dripping!

do the tops first even on the next door property if doing them and then go back and do all the bottoms. I do runs of 5 or 6 properties doing the tops and then back to start for bottoms.
If you are talking about flats where the water is dripping onto the glass of a flat that you don`t clean...don`t worry about it. Tell them it`s pure water and maybe canvass for their custom. :)

It is a problem when access is difficult, you don't want to be coming back to do the bottoms if you have had to go over a gate/wall to get there in the first place. When I'm in this situation I wipe the drips that are hanging over the botton window with a piece of old towel[the drips that form on the top of bottom window recess]
I then do the bottom windows and leave them. It's the spatter when the drips land on the bottom sill that cause the problem. Havn't had any complaints yet though Dai
